ReturnsCan I return my items? Please contact us to request a return. This must be done within 30 days of receipt. What condition do my items need to be in? The items must be in fully working, unmarked condition to be accepted for return. Who pays for the postage? You will be required to pay for the postage of any returns. We recommend using a courier that covers the full cost of the items, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. |
WarrantyHow long is the warranty period? 1 year from the date of purchase What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Gravitree will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. What does the warranty period not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship; conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification; damage or destruction by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster; theft or loss of the Physical Goods. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. |
